Grace One Tailors Refund & Return Policy

1. Returns (Unstitched Items Only)

  • We offer a 7-day return policy for unstitched fabric items from the date of delivery.
  • To be eligible:
    • Item must be unwashed, unused, and in original packaging with tags intact.
    • Original receipt or proof of purchase is required.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  • Email us at graceonetailors@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Returns must be sent to our office (address provided upon approval).
  • Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Stitched/custom-tailored garments (due to personalized sizing).
  • Sale items or discounted orders.
  • Fabric cut or altered after purchase.

4. Damages & Defects

  • Report issues within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp (+44 7466 270057) or email.
  • Include photos/videos of the defect for verification.

5. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days via the original payment method (Easypaisa/JazzCash/bank transfer).
  • Refunds may take 3-5 additional days to reflect in your account.

6. Exchanges

  • No direct exchanges. Return the item and place a new order.
