Grace One Tailors Refund & Return Policy
1. Returns (Unstitched Items Only)
- We offer a 7-day return policy for unstitched fabric items from the date of delivery.
- To be eligible:
- Item must be unwashed, unused, and in original packaging with tags intact.
- Original receipt or proof of purchase is required.
2. How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at graceonetailors@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Returns must be sent to our office (address provided upon approval).
- Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Stitched/custom-tailored garments (due to personalized sizing).
- Sale items or discounted orders.
- Fabric cut or altered after purchase.
4. Damages & Defects
- Report issues within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp (+44 7466 270057) or email.
- Include photos/videos of the defect for verification.
5. Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days via the original payment method (Easypaisa/JazzCash/bank transfer).
- Refunds may take 3-5 additional days to reflect in your account.
6. Exchanges
- No direct exchanges. Return the item and place a new order.
